Yota Space will gather the very best professionals of media art, and ArKaos will be there presenting its software products MediaMaster Express and GrandVJ. CEO Marco Hinic and Pierre Guilluy from ArKaos will lead workshops over the course of two days at the Yota Space festival in St. Petersburg.

The first workshop on 18th December 2010 is about GrandVJ and will cover basic and advanced techniques of MIDI controlled real time video mixing.

The second workshop on 19th December 2010 covers MediaMaster - a professional software solution to control lighting and visuals simultaneously. This is the first ever MediaMaster workshop and highlights the recent launch of the product.

Five floors of a former supermarket will, for two weeks, simultaneously host the city's surprise entertainment center and a museum of contemporary art, and will be filled with the life and inventions of the future. Holographic 3D paintings, illuminated objects, laser sculpture and interactive corridors await you in the maze of discoveries to be found in the Yota Space.
A whole set of core educational programs - lectures, workshops and master classes – is organized for those who are planning to continue their digital art development and a special space called the Talent Zone has been reserved for the artistic experiments of young video artists, designers and animators, inspired by new possibilities in the medium.
Yota Space not only demonstrates the latest advances in digital art - it provides the space and inspiration for continued creative growth and exchange.


Tickets to the official opening of the Yota Space festival (December 5) can be bought all over Russia in “Euroset” mobile shops and on the website Concert.ru. The price is 1.000 rubles.
Tickets to the Yota Space exhibition (6-19 December) are on sale in “Euroset” mobile shops, on the website Concert.ru and at the festival booking office at Moskovsky prospect, 60 (ex-building of Frunze department store). The price is 500 rubles, for Yota users – free.
